What gets done wrong most often
- The disposal knockout plug. When a dishwasher is connected to a new garbage disposal and the knockout plug is left in, the dishwasher cannot drain at all. We have found this in houses where it had been that way for years
- Shipping bolts left in a washer. The machine walks across the room and the drum bearings take the punishment
- Drain hose pushed too far down the standpipe. This siphons the water straight back out and mimics half a dozen other faults
- Dryer vent crushed behind the machine. Airflow drops on day one and the owner spends three years blaming the dryer
- Built-in units forced into a cutout that is slightly too small. The door never sits flush and the seal never fully closes

Yes. Buy the machine wherever you like and we will fit it properly.
Can you take the old appliance away?
We disconnect and move it out of position. Disposal is arranged separately, and in Los Angeles County bulky item pickup through LA Sanitation is free.
