What we can tell you today

  • The local service call is free. Inside our service area, you do not pay for us to come and look
  • You get the price before the work starts. Diagnosis first, then a number, then your decision
  • No work happens on a "we'll see what it comes to" basis. If the diagnosis changes the number, we stop and tell you
  • Payment by card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal. All five are listed on our Yelp profile

Why this page is short

Most appliance repair sites answer the cost question with "call for a quote", which is a way of not answering it. We would rather publish real ranges by appliance type, and that table is being finalised. It will appear here rather than in a phone script.

Price ranges by appliance type and the warranty terms in months are being confirmed and will be published on this page. Nothing is being hidden, it is simply not written down yet.

What actually moves the number

Three things, in this order. Whether the failed part is mechanical or electronic, since a fan motor and a control board are different worlds. Whether the unit is freestanding or built in, because access on a built-in column can take longer than the repair. And whether the part is current or has to be sourced for a discontinued model.

What does not move the number: the day of the week. Sunday is priced the same as Tuesday.
